CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Hall called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Council Members Hall, Packard, Wood, Schumacher and Blackburn.
Absent: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 8:02 a.m. pursuant to the following:
1. CONSIDER PERSONNEL MATTERS:
(Government Code Section 54957)
Conference regarding the evaluation ofthe City Manager.
The Council adjourned to the Regular Meeting at 9:00 a.m.
The Council adjourned into Closed Session with five members present at 10:15 a.m.
The Council reconvened at 11:04 a.m. with five members present. Mayor Hall announced that
there was no reportable action taken.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Special Meeting of May 13, 2014 was adjourned at 11:05 a.m.
