The City has an existing 14-inch Wdter line and easement across property
which is presently being· developed as Laguna Riviera Subdivision. The
developer wishes to eli~inate the existing 14-inch water ·line through
his property and has agreed to con:3truct a 12-inch replacement line
in Park Drive from Hillside Drive to Marina Drive feeder line. The
•~developer has dedicated the necessary easements and is in the process
of constrµcting the 12--inch replacement line in Park Drive as he de-
velops units of !)is subdivision. He has also agreed to grant the.
City an easement for water purposes along the northerly boundary of
Laguna Riviera £or o feeder line to the proposed Skyline Reserv9ir.
The developer wishes to enter into an Agreement with tl',e City whereby
he wi11· receive a refund from the City contingent upon ~ompletion of
the line and connection by the adjacent property owner.
