CASE NO: CT 84-23/PUD-71 APPLICANT: THE MEADOWS WHEREAS, a verified application for certain prc wit: Parcel 2 of Parcel Map No. LO179 filed June 27 1980, has been filed with the City of Carlsbad, and referred Planning Commission: and WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes as provided by Title 21 of the Carlsbad Municipal Code; WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did, on the 1 September, 1984, hold a duly noticed public hearing as by law to consider said request; and WHEREAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing I, 20 21 22 23 24 25, 26 desiring to be heard, said Commission considered all f relating to the Tentative Tract Map and Planned Unit D I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Commission as folllows: A) That the above recitations are true and correct.
