WHEREAS, on September 12, 1984, the Carlsbad
Commission adopted Resolution No. 2347 approving tenta
map and planned unit development CT 84-23/PUD-71; and
WHEREAS, the City Council on October 16, 1984
public hearing to consider the recommendations and hea
persons interested in or opposed to tentative tract ma
and planned unit development PUD-71; and
WHEREAS, said tentative tract map and planned

impact on the environment and a Negative Declaration,
