Subject: CITY COUNCIL GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
Statement of the Matter
A City Council sub-committee of Councilmembers Casler and Kulchin
has reviewed the Goals and Objectives and the input from city staff
and the public. The sub-committee has prepared a revised set of
goals and objectives for the 1981-82 fiscal year.
The City Council should review the attached proposed goals and
objectives. If the Council concurs with the proposed goals and
objectives, your action is to adopt them by motion.
Fiscal Impact
There is no direct fiscal impact in adopting the goals and objectives.
However, the .implementation of many of the objectives will require ·
the commitment of funds in either the operating or capital budgets.
