RECOMMENDED ACTION:
If the Council wishes to grant the preannexational Chang
Zone (ZC-250) and approve the Tentative Map (CT 81-46) a
Specific Plan (SP 1811, then your recommended action is
introduce Ordinance No. yfi3q and Ordinance No. 9633i
and adopt Resolution No, (., y q7 .
ITEM EXPLANATION:
The City Council, at your meeting of July 6, 1982, direc
the City Attorney to prepare the necessary documents app
a zone change (ZC-2501, a tentative map (CT 81-46) and a
specific plan (SP 181).
Condition No. 50 has been added and it reads as follows:
50. "Prior to the approval of the final map for th
project the applicant shall enter into an agreement
satisfactory to the City Attorney to hold the Citv
harmless from liability for personal injury or prop
damage, or liability resulting from inverse condemn
caused by or resulting from the operating of Paloma
Airport or aircraft using Palomar Airport or from a
of this project, This condition shall apply to tha
portion of the project located within the FAA "clea or "crash zone" of the airport as identified by the
Environmental Impact Report."
