The improvements are required to accommodate drainage from Cougar Dr and Palmer Way, located to the west and currently under construction the developer of Site Development Plan Number 84-5. The developer secured the easements from Ralph and Hope Wrisley without cost to City and without the need for condemnation. The City has completed review of the improvement plans and easeme associated with Site Development Plan Number 84-5 and has determi that these offsite easements are satisfactory for the intended use. right-of-way for the construction of storm drain facilities FISCAL IMPACT: No detailed economic impact analysis has been performed. maintenance costs associated with the drainage facilities.
