CERTIFICATE OF CORRECTION
Pursuant to Chapter 3, Article 7, of the Subdivision Map Act or any amendments thereto, NOTICE
IS GIVEN that I, James O. Eyerman, hereby certify that MS 05-23 Hilton Carlsbad Beach Resort,
Parcel Map Number 20899, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, filed
as document no. 2011-0351449 in the Office of the Recorder of the County of San Diego on July
12, 2011 is in error and is corrected in accordance with Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act
or any amendment thereto as follows:
Corrections: Parcel Map 20899
The following monument descriptions have changed:
Sheet 2: The monument at the West end of that certain course N. 89° 07' 29" W 200.40'
being on the Easterly right of way of Ponto Road was monumented with a lead
plug and brass disc stamped "PLS 6336" set on top of a masonry retaining
wall. This monument was set at an offset of 1.00 feet north of the boundary
corner on the right of way line for Ponto Road.
Sheet 2: The monument at the West end of that certain course N. 70° 50' 42" E 49.89
being on the Southerly right of way of Ponto Road was monumented with a
lead plug and brass disc stamped "PLS 6336" set in the sidewalk.
Sheet 2: The monument at the East end of that certain course N 70° 50' 42" E 143.35'
being the Northwest corner ofthe Remainder Parcel was monumented with a
lead plug and brass disc stamped "PLS 6336" set on top of a masonry retaining
wall.
Sheet 2: The monument at the West end of that certain course N 70° 50' 42" E 143.35'
being an angle point in the subdivision boundary was not set. Upon attempting
to set the final monument as noted on the Parcel Map a concrete footing for a
fence and block wall was found. It was necessary to remove the edge of the
existing concrete footing to set the new monument and under the footing a 3/4"
Iron pipe with tag stamped " RCE 13817" was found per Parcel Map No. 4383
in the position as shown on Parcel Map 20899.
In accordance with section 66470 of the Subdivision Map Act, I certify that the following are the
names of all of the fee owners of real property affected by such correction or omission on the
date of the filing or recording of the original recorded map. I certify that such owners have been
notified of these corrections.
