NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT I, Dana M. Seguin, L.S., hereby certify that the LOHF property,
Map No. 13839, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, filed in the
office of the County Recorder of said County, August 23, 1999, is in error and is corrected in
accordance with Section 66469 of the Subdivision Map Act or Section 8770.5 of the Land
Surveyors Act, or any amendment thereto.
LIST OF CORRECTIONS
Monuments set for this tract after the date of March 31, 2000, will be stamped “L.S. 6215”
in lieu of “L.S. 5669.”
SHEET 3 OF 10 SHEETS
Found a 2” iron pipe with disc stamped “L.S. 1344”, 0.16 feet West of a 2” x 18” iron pipe
with disc stamped “L.S. 5669” to be set but not set at the southeast corner of the S 112,
NE I/4, NW l/4, Section 26, T12S, R4W, SBM.

Set a 2” x 24” iron pipe with disc stamped “L.S. 5699” in lieu of a found l/2” square pin
destroyed by construction at the northeast subdivision boundary corner in Lot 8.

Set a lead plug and metal disc in the curb at a 9.50-foot offset in lieu of a 9.75-foot offset
at the front corner common to Lots 8 and 9.
Set a lead plug and metal disc in the curb at a lO.OO-foot offset in lieu of a 9.75-foot offset
at the front corner common to Lots 48 and 49.
Set a 2” x 24” iron pipe with disc stamped “L.S. 6215” in lieu of a found l/2” square pin
destroyed by construction at the point of tangency on the northerly subdivision boundary
in Lot 8 being the easterly terminus of course bearing North 89”49’47” East, 556.06 feet.

Set a concrete nail and disc in a concrete brow ditch in lieu of a 3/4” x 18” iron pipe with
plastic cap at the back corner common to Lots 28 and 29 on the subdivision boundary.

the southerly terminus of course bearing North Ol”4O’OO” West, 138.75 feet on the

Set a street survey monument at an offset in lieu of a street survey monument at the
centerline intersection of Oriole Court, Skimmer Court and Poinsettia Lane. Said offset
bears North 12”13’00” East, 5.00 feet along the centerline of Skimmer Court.
Set a lead plug and metal disc in the curb on a 9.50-foot offset in lieu of 9.75-foot offset at
the following locations:
0 At the northerly and southerly termini of curve delta 09”35’58”, radius 330.00 feet and
length 55.29 feet on the westerly sideline of Oriole Court.
0 At the southeasterly terminus of curve delta 127”57’31”, radius 70.00 feet and length
156.33 feet on the southwesterly sideline of Oriole Court.
0 At the westerly terminus of course bearing North 83”37’11” East, 68.73 feet on the
line common to the northerly sideline of Oriole Court and Lot 55.
l At the northerly terminus of course bearing North 08”07’00” West, 19.25 feet at the
line common to the easterly sideline of Mimosa Drive and Lot 45.
Set a concrete nail and disc in a concrete brow ditch in lieu of a 3/4” x 18” iron pipe with
plastic cap at the northwesterly terminus of course bearing North 61”30’00” West,
75.31 feet on the southwesterly line of Lot 42.
