CONDITION OF STRUCTURE
The bridge was built in 2004. OSMI was notified end of 2007 and as-built was provided.
The structure is inspected accordance to ABME Procedures Manual. The bridge is in good
condition.

There was 0.3 meter deep water no scour was visible. No underwater investigation was
necessary.
HISTORY
This structure was replaced the old bridge number 57C0278.
