OSMI was notified end of 2007 and as-built was provided. The structure is inspected accordance to ABME Procedures Manual. The bridge is in good condition. UNDERWATER INVESTIGATION There was 0.3 meter deep water no scour was visible. No underwater investigation was necessary. HISTORY This structure was replaced the old bridge number 57C0278.
