A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DENYING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW BUS BENCH ADVERTISING AT 51 LOCATIONS THROUGHOUT THE CITY OF CARLSBAD. APPLICANT: COAST UNITED ADVERTISING
