A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL, ADOPTION
OF THE MASTER PLAN FOR 120 ACRES OF LAND, LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF OLIVENHAIN ROAD, EASTERLY OF EL
DWELLINGS. CAMINO REAL, TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION OF 420 SINGLE-FAMILY
