A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD CITY PLANNING
ATICEN NO. 2.2 IN THE GITY OF GARLSBAD.
COMMISSION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT

5 The Carlsbad City Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad does
6 hereby resolve as follows;
7 WHEREAS, the Planning Cornmission did on the 28th day of August, :

necessary buildings, apparatus or appurtenances thereto on property at 11
plants , chlorination, filtration plants , or other purification facilities, wi 10
permit the use of water storage, distribution, pumping, regulation and b 9
adopt Resolution of Intention No. 34 to consider a Conditional Use Permi
Calaveras Lake belonging to the City of Carlsbad and described as follovl 12

Being a portion of East Carlsbad Annexation No. 2.2 , more particul; described as Parcel 2, Book 168, Page 040, and Parcels 11, 12, ant
being portion of Lots E and L, D and I, Rancho Agua Hedionda in the

and on property at Squires Dam Site belonging to the Carlsbad Municipal

of San Diego County; and
20 WHEREAS, the Car.lsbad City Planning Commission did publish a leg;
21 notice of hearing on September 13 , 1962, of a hearing to be held on Septe
22 1962, at 7:30 P.M.; and
23 WHEREAS, the hearing was held on the date and time published, and
24 WHEREAS, there were no oral or written protests registered;
25 NOW 9 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Carlsbad Planning C
26 sion determines that a Conditional Use Permit shall be issued for the apF
27 property for the following reasons:

2. ThAt the granting of this conditional use permit will not be unreas 30
annexed to the City. 29
1. That the installations were in existence prior to the property bein
incompatible with type of use permitted in the surrounding area and zone
