PLANNING COMMI~SSION RESOLUTION NO. 1478
RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF
AN ANENDPENT TO SPECIFIC PLAN (SP-175) TO PERMIT
PATIO COVERS IN REAR YARDS IN THE ALTA MIRA NO. 4
SUBDIVISION.
CASE NO. : SP-175 (A) APPLICANT: Howard Shomate (Homeowner's Association)
WHEREAS, a verified application for a certain property,
wit:
Portion of La Costa Downs Unit No. 1, according to
Map thereof No. 2013 filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, April 6, 1927 and those portions of Fractional Sections 20 and 21, Township
South, Range 4 West, San Bernardino Meridian.
has been filed with the City of Carlsbad and referred to the
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said verified application constitutes a request
as provided by Title 21 of the "Carlsbad Municipal Code"; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did on the 11th day of
October, 1978, hold a duly noticed public hearing as prescrib
by law to consider said request; and
WHENAS, at said public hearing, upon hearing and consid
the testimony and arguments, if any, of all persons who desir
to be heard, said Commission considered all factors relating
