PURPOSE:
To establish a procedure for enforcing the Mandatory Recycling Program.
POLICY:
The City’s Recycling Enforcement Program seeks to identify and communicate with individual
households and businesses that do not comply with the Mandatory Recycling Ordinance. The
City’s general goal in enforcement is not to punish, but to gain compliance with the mandatory
recycling provisions.
