Dear Mr. Holzmiller:
In response to your letter of May 29, 2002, and "list of items needed to complete the Application,"
Issues of Concern (Planning):
Item #1 (Planninn) - Parkinn Area LandscaDe Calculations:
The parking area landscape was computed with area excluding all setbacks on all four sides,
excluding building footprints and area between buildings, thereby leaving the balance to parking,
driveway, and landscape area (56,674 SF). The landscape in this area was computed as 53.82%
(30,506 SF) of the 56,674 area.
Item #2 (Planninn): Light fixture heights:
The height of the light pole fixtures is a 27'"" pole plus a 2l-6' concrete base, totaling 30'4"
overall height noted on the enclosed lighting plan. Catalog fixture cuts and a site lighting plan is
also enclosed.
In addition, the Site Plan, dated 6-14-02, (5 copies enclosed) has been revised to indicate the
added sidewalk and retaining wall.
Per the City requirements, a copy of the City comments are also enclosed.
The response to the balance of the items which are engineering oriented, are answered by
Danjon Engineering (Civil), also enclosed.
