As you may know, we are in the process of annexing h4he City of Carlsbad.
be necessary to obtain a condition use permit. the City Manager has advised me to obtain a pre-annexation conditional use permit. Therefore you will find enclosed:

C. Five copies of plans as the park exists today.
We have not enclosed the radius maps nor the list of Owners as
this has been obtained by Mr. Joe Spano in connection with the annexation. I assume that we can use this material that he had obtained.
Under separate cover I am forwarding the mentioned plans. should also be advised that these plans have previously been circulated among the various City of Carlsbad departments and the only requirement that was set forth was a request for ad- ditional fire hydrants.
