RE: Building Mounted Signage, 2777 Loker Avenue West
As per your request, the Architectural Review committee has reviewed the proposed building
mounted signage, submitted by Smith & Nephew dated December 16, 1996, and received by the
Committee on December 17, 1996 for the above referenced project.
Based on this review, the Committee is prepared at this time to grant building mounted signage
approval as per the following conditions:
I. Signs shall be building mounted as per Signage Exhibit II - “Business Signage on Building” -
Type 1. Signage shall be located on the East Elevation and the West Elevation as indicated
on the attached submittal drawings.
2. Overall signage dimensions shall be 14’ long by 16” high. Signage copy shall be “Smith &
Nephew.” Letters shall be individually spaced non-illuminated cut-out letters maximum
1 l/2” thick. Letter style shall match Smith & Nephew logotype. Letter color shall be as
follows:
a. Letters applied to glass (East Elevation) shall be White Gator Foam with White Plexiglass
faces.
b. Letters applied to tilt-up concrete (West Elevation) shall be Black Gator Foam with Black
Satin Plexiglass faces.
3. No signage illumination was submitted at this time. Any signage illumination must be
approved by the Committee prior to any illumination installation.
4. No additional signage shall be installed on this building without first obtaining Architectural
Review Committee approval.

This submission has been reviewed and approved as to conformance with the standards of the
Development Regulations covering this property. Our review was for the purposes of checking
conformity to those standards and it was not a review of the technical adequacy of the
improvements. Our approval is not from the standpoint of structural safety or conformance with
any building codes or other governmental requirements. The Architectural Review Committee
or the members or designated representatives thereof, shall not be liable to any person for
damages or injury which might arise from the negligence or errors or omissions of the preparer
of this submission.
