Subject: Violation of CUP-62 and the Carlshad P4unicipal Code
Dear Nr. Robinson:
On March 30, 1979, I notified you of a violation at Lanikai
Fobile Home Park. The violation concerned the recreational
vehicle storage area.
April 5, that the patter be set aside until July 1, 1979.
In the two months since that date, we have not heard frortl
you regarding this violation.
Again I would like to request that you apply for an amend-
ment to your Conditional Use Permit. Recreational vehicle
storage is allowed only by CUP. Please notify the Planning
Department of your intent to apply for an aF.endment as soon
as possible.
