Dear Ms. Kennedy:
Darling Pacific Builders the applicant/future owner of La Costa Fairway Villas is currently in the
process of satisfying item number three of the City of Carlsbad letter dated April 5, 1999 under
"List of Items Needed to Complete the Application". Darling Pacific Builders will be purchasing
affordable housing credits from the Villa Loma project at a cost of $34,000 a credit, for a total
cost of $91,800. This information was provided by Craig Ruiz of the Housing and Redevelopment
Department.
