NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the
City of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the City Council
Chambers, 1200 Elm Avenue, Carlsbad, California at 7:30 P.M.,
on Tuesday, September 12, 1972, to consider an application sub-
mitted by South Shores Development Corporation for a pre-annexa-
tional C.U.P. to allow an existing 146-unit mobile home park
located southerly of Palomar Airport Road between A.T.&S.F.
Railroad right-of-way and Carlsbad Boulevard, said property
being:
Portions of Lot No. 1 of Section No. 29,
Township 12 South, Range 4 West of SSB & M.
