This is in regard to the easement recorded June 1, 1962
at Recorder's File/Page No. 94013 of Official Records~ that lies
over your property on Ratcliff Road.
San Diego Gas & Electric Company will quitclaim the South-
easterly 6.00 feet of the Northwesterly 12.00 feet of Lot 40 in Lebarr
Estates, Unit No. 2, Map No. 4944, after the overhead wires have been
rearranged and construction is completed.
Construction is scheduled to be completed on July 14, 1972.
You may expect delivery of the aforementioned Quitclaim Deed on or
about July 14, 1972.
