Recommended Action
Receive report. Provide feedback and recommendations to staff on modifications to the monthly
reports.
Executive Summary/Discussion
Staff will seek input from the board on the content of the monthly narrative and statistics reports, and
how they might be modified to best inform the board and the community about library services and
programs and the work of the department.
Next Steps
Staff will make modifications to the reports based on recommendations from the board.
