24. ALL AREAS SHALL BE GRADED TO DRAIN.GRAD/NG RESULTING IN THE PONDING OF
WATER IS NOT PERMITTED. ALL EARTHEN SWALES AND DITCHES SHALL HAVE A
MINIMUM ONE PERCENT SLOPE.
