This proposal outlines the 15-week process, from needs assessment to the offer, scheduled to start as soon as possible for a total cost of $50,000. The Visit Carlsbad Board is requesting that they move $50,000 from the salaries line item to fund this proposal. The revised budget is shown at Exhibit 2A. If the CTBID Board Chooses to approve the revised budget, they would need to approve the attached Resolution approving the revised budget. FISCAL IMPACT: None.
