A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ONE MEMBER TO THE ARTS COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Commissioner Scott White was appointed to the Arts Commission in December 2013
to fill the unexpired term of Commissioner Aquallo, for a term ending in March 2017; and
WHEREAS, Commissioner White was reappointed in February 2017; and
WHEREAS, Commissioner White is not eligible for reappointment; and
WHEREAS, a scheduled vacancy on the Arts Commission exists.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, as
follows:
1.The above recitations are true and correct.
2.The following Carlsbad resident is appointed to serve on the Arts Commission, for a term
ending in March 2025, or until a replacement is appointed,

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad on the 16th day of March, 2021, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Hall, Blackburn, Acosta, Bhat-Patel, Schumacher.
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: None.
