RBF Consulting has performed a field suivey on September 29, 2005 to field check the building
footing forms for Lots 180 thru 186 and 197 on Sagebrush Road in Chesapeake Bay. The results of
the field survey reveal the footing forms to be within substantial conformance, both horizontally
(0.10':t) and vertlcally (0.05':t) with the City of Carlsbad approved precise grade plans dated
February 16, 2005.
