BRUSH SHALL BE REMOVED ONLY WITHIN THE AREA TO BE GRADED. NO TREES ARE TO BE REMOVED UNLESS SPECIF/CALLY NOTED ON THE PLAN. 23. ALL AREAS SHALL BE GRADED TO DRAIN.
