On July 07, 2006 a field survey was performed under my supervision on the
retaining walls located on the lots referenced above. The survey results show
the beginning, ending and spot checks at intermediate locations taken at the
bottom face and top face of wall to be in conformance with the grading planed
approved by the City of Carlsbad.
