Re: Pool Permit CB 991015
It was noted in the field today that the location of the pool has been changed to other
than that shown on the approved plans. It appears that the pool is now located within
an easement belonging to the City. Acknowledging that the exact location of this
easement is unknown, the City will survey that portion of the easement that crosses
your property. When that survey is complete, your contractor will need to adjust the site
plan accordingly for the new location of the pool. The pool may need to be relocated
entirely outside the easement. Two copies of the revised site plans will need to be
reviewed by the District Engineer, the planning department, and the building
department.
Please do not proceed further with construction of the pool until such time as the survey
is completed and the revised site plan is approved. No inspections of the pool structure
will be approved until those tasks are completed.
