City Negotiators: Kathy Dodson, Assistant City Manager, Julie Clark, Human Resources
Director, and Debbie Porter, Senior Management Analyst.
Employee Organization: CCEA
If circumstances necessitate the absence of a specified designated representative, an agent
or designee may participate in place ofthe absent representative so long as the name ofthe
agent or designee is announced at an open session held prior to the closed session.
COUNCIL ACTION: Council instructed the City Attorney and staff on the matter.
