(Government Code Section 54956.8)
PROPERTY: The Crossings at Carlsbad West View Lot 9, regarding price and terms
of lease.
CITY NEGOTIATORS: Gary Barberio, Assistant City Manager, Chuck McBride,
Administrative Services Director and Michael Lyon, Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves &
Savitch, LLP.
NEGOTIATING PARTIES: Grand Pacific Resorts
If circumstances necessitate the absence of a specified designated representative, an
agent or designee may participate in place of the absent representative so long as the
name ofthe agent or designee is announced at an open session held prior to the closed
session.
COUNCIL ACTION: Council directed the City Attorney and staff on the matter.
