RE: REDUCED SIDE YARD SETBACK
Dear Mr. Snowder:
The Planning Department has approved your request for a reduced interior side yard
setback at 2697 Sausalito Avenue based on the following conditions:
1. That the reduced side yard shall not be less than 5'.
2. That the opposite side yard be increased in width by an amount equal to the
reduction. This side yard should be no less than 13.4'.
3. The increased side yard shall have a width of not less than ten feet.
4. The reduced side yard shall not abut a lot or parcel of land with an adjacent
reduced side yard.
