California on February 3, 1999 as File No. 1999-0065268 (the "Lot 2
Property").
is restricted by a Minor Conditional Use Permit No. CUP 2020-0007 and Coastal Development
Permit No. CDP 2020-0036 approved by the City of Carlsbad on September 30, 2020. A copy is
on file at the City of Carlsbad Planning Division. The obligations and restrictions imposed are
binding on all present or future interest holders or estate holders of the property.
