In 2018 I curated an extensive mural project for the Laguna Beach Arts District in the Canyon of Laguna Beach called Summer of Color, and I worked with various city entities including the Laguna Beach Arts Commission to accomplish this. In 2017 I curated 18 artists for the Anaheim Garden Walk and helped launch their Art on the Walk Program. In 2015 I worked closely with the Irvine Planning Commission to bring artist Zia Ziegler to paint a 350x52 foot wall off the 405 and 133 freeways in Irvine. And in 2014 I worked with Quiznos on an art event during SDCC to benefit San Diego Art Reach. Since that time I have followed SD Art Reach closely and am a fan of their programming. Even if the seats on the commission have been filled, I look forward to attending meetings and becoming involved in the great things the City of Carlsbad is doing! Have a wonderful week.
