City Attorney Celia Brewer read the City Council into Closed Session.
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 4:00 p.m. pursuant to the following:
1. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL REGARDING EXISTING LITIGATION
That the City Council, by motion, authorize a closed session regarding existing litigation in
the matter of:
Depretis, et al v. City of Carlsbad, Case No. 37-2020-00022447-CU-EI-CTL pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956.9(d}(1).
Council Action: No Reportable Action.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Special Meeting of July 27, 2021 was adjourned at 4:30 p.m.
