(b) For the purpose of this section the term construction site shall mean the location on which actual construction of a building is in progress. (c) A violation of this section shall constitute a misdemeanor. All construction or work for which a permit is required shall be subject to inspection and all such construction or work shall remain accessible and exposed for inspection purposes until approved by the inspector. Work shall not be done beyond the point indicated in each successive inspection without first obtaining the approval of the inspector.
