The property was last used by Culligan Water and the building in question was used as accessory warehouse space. It is not the main building. The property has been sold and the new owner has submitted an application for an administrative redevelopment permit to convert the light industrial use to a corporate office building. The demolition of the building will make room for additional parking. We haven't completed the administrative redevelopment permit process, but the owner wants to get a head start on demolishing the building and clearing some of the site.
