FY L iov ~~--i- +.,. ~R,--A-LG Q __ . --- Attached is a letter presented to my office on May 9, 1994 regarding demolition and building permits for the buildings located at 2763 State Street. Mr. Steve Ma and Mr. Dennis Peacock met with me this morning to discuss their final plans for demolition of buildings on the subject site and construction of a new building facade (including a porch area) and interior improvements for office/retail use purposes. The Housing and Redevelopment Department has reviewed the preliminary construction drawings and is satisfied that the plans are reflective of previous discussions. Staff has also reviewed the schedule for demolition and remodeling. We find the proposed schedule to be acceptable and would support building's issuance of demolition permits prior to submission of final construction drawings for improvements to the building.
