The Housing and Redevelopment Department has determined that project is exempt from the requirement to obtain a redevelopment permit. This exemption is based upon the fact that the project involves an addition (144 square feet) to an existing structure (5,000 square feet) which will result in an increase ofless than 10% of the internal floor area. In addition, the following conditions of approval must be complied with prior to the commencement of your opening for business: 1. The project shall be consistent, with the description contained in the attached letter, site plan and building efevations dated May 7, 1997; 2.
