Show on the plans the required wall, floor and roof insulation values. 13. Note on the plans that all new windows must be dual glazed per the State energy standards. 14. The new beam above the garage must be designed for combined floor and roof loads. The T J beam calc's are for floor loads only. 15. Note on the foundation plan that the hold down anchors must be tied in place prior to foundation inspection.
