Serviceable check valves located in valve boxes or on risers (above grade) are required where elevatior differential may cause low head drainage.. 7. Install lawn spr..yhoads on 4" pop-up risers. Geoflow has an exclusive license for "Rootguard®", c1 method to protect eMitters from root intrusion. Hence, Geoflow can use turbulent f\Qw "in line" emitters with large flow paths. Because of the resistance to blocking, it is more reliable and d&pendable than other drip syst1ms. 9. 10. · 11. C. d. e. f. g. h. i. j. Under normal conditions, pressure in the drip lines ihould not exceed 2P to 25 psi A 150 mesh filter is required. The system sh'.111 be buried below the normal cultiv:;ition depth to avoid damaging the drip line. Drip lines shall be sp~ed 24" between lin"S, with 12" between emitters, placed at a depth of 8" to 12·. Hand sprinkling may be required to start off the plants after transplanting while the roots grow.
