Submit copy of current bonding certificate for installer. Explanation of Drawings: 1. Due to the scale of the Drawings, it is not possible to indicate all offsets, fittings, sleeves, etc., which may be required. Carefully investigate the conditions affecting all of the work accordingly, and furnish all required fittings. Install system in such a mannec as td avoid confliccs with planting, utilities, and architectural features. 2. Do not install the irrigation system as shown on the Drawings when it is obvious in the field that obstructions, grade differences or discrepancies in dimensions exist that might not have been considered in engineering. Bring such obstructions or differences to the attention of the Landscape Architect. In the event this notification is not given, assume full responsibility for any revision necessary at no cost to Owner. SUBMITTALS Materials List; 1. Within ten (10) days after the award of the Contract, submit three (3) copies of the complete lists of materials proposed for installation, and obtain the Landscape Architect's written approval thereof before proceeding. Use only accepted materials and items of equipment. 2. List all materials by manufacturer's name and model number. Manuals: 1. 2. General: Prior to the Final Acceptance of the irrigation system, furnish three (3) individually bound Service Manuals to the Landscape Architect for use by the Owner. Deliver a reproducible Record Drawing to the Landscape Architect within seven (71 working days before the date of final Inspection. Delivery of the Record Drawings shall not relieve the Contractor of the responsibility of furnishing required i~for-mation in the future. Controller Plan: 1. Permanently install one color-coded 'bubble diagram' controller plan in each controller housing. The plan shall show the area controlled by each valve and any maior permanent structure, such as buildings and roads. 2. These charts to be water.proof and installed as accepted by the Landscape Architect at the tiree of the coverage test for the irrigation system. Maintenance Material -Supply the following tools to the Owner at Final Acceptance: 1.
