THE FOLLOWING MORNING (SPOT IRRIGATION COULD BE DONE AT A DIFFERENT TIME) WITH QUALIFIED SUPERVISION PERSONNEL ON SITE. A MINIMUM OF 12 INCHES OF VERTICAL SEPARATION BETWEEN UTILlllES MUST BE MAINTAINED AT ALL TIMES. * 19. DEVELOPER/CONTRACTOR SHALL CONDUCT A CROSS-CONNECTION TEST ANO COVERAGE TEST AS DIRECTED BY THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT ENGINEER OR THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF ENVIROMENTAL HEALTH SERVICES PRIOR TO ANY USE OF RECLAIMED WATER. 20.
