Install new 1 0Oamp electric meter panel in existing location. Customer to install new rigid riser within 18" of edge of home and
wire out for SDG&E attachment. Install new rigid riser minimum of 3ft above roof and at a height to meet minimum clearances as noted
below.Provide 3x3 clear & level working space at panel as shown on SDGE Spec 507. Call 760-476-5619 to schedule a joint meet with
SDGE service crew for a same day disconnect/reconnect. SDGE must received City inspection by 2pm the same day the crew is scheduled.

To minimize the electrical outage, you are advised to schedule a morning disconnect with an afternoon reconnect. There is no charge
for this service. Before you change out your meter consider (1) SDG&E needs advance notice to schedule a crew and
(2) SDG&E will not reconnect the service without municipal approval on the new panel. Please contact the City regarding
permits and inspections.
City inspection should be received prior to 2:00 p.m. on the same day as the disconnection of service to allow the SDG&E
crew enough lime for reconnection of the service on the same day.
If SDG&E encounters hazardous or toxic material while performing construction of your project, SDG&E will halt work immediately and it will
be your responsibility to remove and or clean up all hazardous or toxic material prior to SDG&E continuing construction. SDG&E shall have no
liability or obligation whatsoever to cleanup, remove or remediate any hazardous or toxic materials discovered during the course of
construction unless ii is through negligence of SDG&E.
Customer-owned facilities to receive gas service are subject to all applicable local and state of California inspection authority requirements.
Building address and/or houseline must be permanently identified prior to meter set. Information on this sheet is void after six (6) months.
