Recommendation: Receive an informational report regarding city economic
development activities and provide comments and recommendations on the
anticipated work of the subcommittee.
Item 2. Inclusive Economic Recovery and Development Strategy
Recommendation: Receive an informational report regarding the development
of a long-term, inclusive economic development strategy.
Item 3.Supporting Carlsbad Non-Profit Organizations
Recommendation: Provide comments and recommendations regarding city
support for non-profit organizations.

Per State of California Executive Order N-29-20, and in the interest of public health and safety, we are temporarily taking actions

all members of the public seeking to observe and address the Economic Development Subcommittee.

• You can participate in the meeting by e-mailing your comments to business@carlsbadca.gov prior to 3 p.m.
• If you desire to have your comment read into the record at the Economic Development Subcommittee meeting, please indicate
sa in the first line of your e-mail and limit your e-mail to 500 words or less.
• These procedures shall remain in place during the period in which state or loco/ health officials have imposed or recommended
social distancing measures.
