Item 3. Minute Motion Regarding Supporting Non-profit Organizations
Recommendation Discuss the minute motion originally assigned to the Ad Hoc
Economic Revitalization Subcommittee and provide direction.
Item 4. Minute Motion Regarding Food Insecurity in Carlsbad
Recommendation: Discuss the minute motion originally assigned to the Ad Hoc

Per State of California Executive Order N-29-20, and in the interest of public health and safety,
we are temporarily taking actions to prevent and mitigate the effects of the COVID-19
pandemic by holding public meetings electronically or by teleconferencing.

Economic Development Subcommittee.

• If you wish to provide written comments as part of the record, e-mail your
comments to clerk@carlsbadca.gov. Please indicate the agenda item number in
your e-mail subject line. Emails received by 3 p.m. prior to the meeting will be
provided to the Economic Development Subcommittee prior to the start of the
meeting. Other comments will be included with the meeting record. Emailed
comments will not be read out loud during the meeting.

WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE ADJOURNED. ANY ITEMS NOTICED AS PUBLIC HEARINGS WILL BE
CONTINUED TO THE NEXT REGULARLY SCHEDULED MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL. ANY OTHER
AGENDA ITEMS THE COUNCIL HAS NOT TAKEN ACTION ON WILL BE PLACED ON A FUTURE
AGENDA.
