Why are the doors 'J' listed as fire rated assemblies? Are these part of an occupancy separation? What is the fire rating of the doors. Why is the hallway walls listed as type W-3 "Fire Wall 2x4" Please clarify the purpose. What is meant by the "special note" found on sheet A-2.0 that indicates all. electrical, mechanical and plumbing to be done by separate permit for EsGil. Does this mean that the plumbing, electrical and mechanical (including the energy) is not a part of this project? Has the City building official approved the deferral of the P, M & E for this project? SITE PLAN REQUIREMENTS City Building official to approve the remote disabled parking.
