Recommended Action
Accept volunteers and elect a new Chair and Vice-Chair for Historic Preservation Commission,
FY 2021-22.
Executive Summary/Discussion
Commissioners may volunteer or be nominated for either position and will serve a one year
term. The role of the Chair is to lead the commission meetings, discuss agenda with the staff
liaison, and represent the commission to City Council as needed. The role of the Vice-Chair is to
be prepared to serve as Chair whenever the Chair is unable to serve.

Update rosters and notify Office of the City Clerk.
