Subject: Regular Library Board of Trustees 2022 Meeting Calendar

Recommended Action
Approve the 2022 Regular Library Board of Trustees Meeting Calendar.
Executive Summary/Discussion
For calendar year 2022, staff proposes one regular meeting per month on the fourth
Wednesday of each month, except for November, when the board meets earlier in December
due to the Christmas holiday. All virtual meetings will be scheduled to take place at 4 p.m. until
the City Council directs staff to resume in-person meeting in accordance with Assembly Bill 361
-Open meetings: state and local agencies: teleconferences, at which time all regular meetings
will be scheduled to take place at 4 p.m. at the Council Chamber at City Hall at 1200 Carlsbad
Village Drive.
Next Steps
Staff will distribute the approved calendar to the trustees and the calendar will be posted on
the city and library’s website.

Public notice of this item was posted in keeping with the Ralph M. Brown Act and was available
for public viewing and review at least 72 hours before the scheduled meeting date.
